•Drive cost optimization through strategic sourcing, price benchmarking, and supplier development.
•Monitor supplier performance in terms of cost, quality, delivery, and service.
•Supervise and develop the procurement team, ensuring productivity, accuracy, and timely fulfillment of purchasing needs.
•Collaborate with internal departments to prioritize requirements and resolve supply issues.
•Monitor procurement KPIs, outstanding purchase orders, and purchasing reports while ensuring compliance with company policies.
